Hi everyone,
I have just installed Netlogo 6.0.3 on a clean Windows virtual machine
(Oracle VM VirutalBox). It is the first application installed on this
mahine after Google Chrome. The Netlogo fails to start with the following
error messages

- Failed to find library
C:\Program Files\Netlogo 6.0.3\runtime\bin\server\jvm.dll

- Failed to locate JNI_CreateJavaVM

- Failed to launch JVM

Screen dumps of the error messages are attached.

Any suggestions on how to get 6.0.3 up and running?

Thank you in advance,
Anton

I have faced the same experience, both on physical machine with Windows Server, and VM with Windows 10 (on HyperV).

Tried both with 32 and 64 bit versions of Netlogo.

Tried also to instal JVM from Oracle. Same error.

Unfortunately this is a known issue with 6.0.3
<https://github.com/NetLogo/NetLogo/wiki/Known-Issues#netlogo-wont-start-on-windows-10>.
You can try installing Netlogo 6.0.2 as a workaround - at least one other
user has reported that 6.0.3 worked afterwards, or you can use 6.0.2
otherwise. Once Oracle releases the next update to Java 8 (172) we'll be
re-packing NetLogo with it, since it corrects this problem.
